It’s just a mask, jeeez

I wore a mask all day in Bangkok and my nose was running really badly, more than at anytime in my life, and I was sneezing a lot, shortly after I arrived back at my hotel the nose running stopped and so did the sneezing.

It was obvious what caused it, so the mask was worn the next day below my nose, and kept there, problem solved and to hell with the soldiers rules about masks.

Maybe you should ask yourself why surgeons wear masks during surgery?

Surgeons protect the patient by not breathing germs at them. For hundreds of years surgery was performed without masks. People died.

For hundreds of years surgeons have been killing people and doctors killing people comes behind heart disease and cancer, so the third biggest killers of people and we listen to them as if they are gods. Crazy.
Masks are worn in surgery to protect the doctors from blood or other liquid spraying from the patients.

Yes, it protects the doctors but the other purpose of wearing masks during surgery it that it is intended to protect the patient. A doctor with a disease can accidentally pass it on to the patient.

Anaesthetists no long need to wear them as the are in the background.
