Western tourists have consistently declined over 10 years and now Thailand has just become too expensive. Long gone are the winter flyers coming for 6 months, most have sold their properties or come for only 2 months. The Chinese will get the numbers back up but don't you remember 3 years ago the cries from businesss..where are the Western tourists that spend money. We don't won't Indian and Chinese because they don't spend. The world is changing and so have the demographics visiting Thailand. South America is the new SE Asia to westerners now
