Visa On Arrival Now/Still Available?

Could someone confirm whether visas on arrival are now/still available (for Mexican nationals as before)?

Mexico is on the list for a 15 day visa on arrival.

Thanks for your input... As far as you know, is the visa on arrival program operational now (as per the countries/schemes listed)? I don't want to land to a surprise. Thanks!

Yes the 15 day visa on arrival is allowed. 

At this time you will need a Thailand Pass with at least 30 days of covid 19 insurance coverage of at least $10,000 of coverage. More info is here on the Thailand Pass site including a link for the insurance. https://tp.consular.go.th/home
