Dr. Kaemhom Na Lanchang Suankaew, an alternative medicine expert, who also goes by the name of the “Marijuana Witch” has returned to Thailand after the decriminalization of the marijuana plant on June 9th to commemorate the opening of her second “Arokaya de Saraphi” shop on Pattaya Second Road. Kaemhom told the associated press that she has been educating people on the medical benefits of the marijuana plant since 2017 and that she had established her first shop in the Chiang Mai province. She now intended to expand her shop to Pattaya to make it a new tourist attraction.
