I recently recieved an electronic notification  from a private hospital advertising a "complete knee replacement" as an all inclusive special price at Baht 180 000.

I guess the cost is determined by the quality, material selection and life expectancy of the artificial parts that thr hospital was going to use e.g. titanium versus stainless steel ball joints excetera.
