Outdoor growing best seeds ? where to buy ? I guess not in US or EU ?

do you know where to find the best seeds for outdoor growing ?

I know it's not easy but I want to try, and Thai do it, so it must be possible, even with some pesticides.

 

I guess that seeds shops in US or EU do not have seeds that will grow well in tropical countries ?
