I am sure VISA will have all the information required to track the transfer. If you ask them nicely, as I am sure you will, they should give you a copy of the transfer. After that you can take it up with the bank.

Got an email today asking me to call BA. 

They have asked me to give a new credit card number as the payment bounced. 

 

Strange how it can bounce after 7 months! 

 

Hopefully the whole issue will end soon. 

 

One question -  does anyone know if it is better to give my account number or just the card number on my KrungThai card?

I doubt that the card number will be sufficient to get the money to your account
