I made enquiries about this around four years ago. A Thai friend of mine is a doctor at Samitivej hospital. She put me in touch with Ramathibodi hospital who apparently can do mp-MRI and have a track record in PC diagnosis from mp-MRI.  However they were quoting me a similar price to a UK private facility and since I was going to UK anyway I decided to have it done in UK.  Price was c.฿44000 I think...  Not cheap.

Bumrungrad has an international reputation, I'd suggest checking there first.

Thank you, I have made an appointment with one of surgeon urologist there to learn more about their MRI system and if they utilize endoroctile coil. If you look up papers and researches on the subject, the endorectile coil helps in providing clearer image that in turn enhances the diagnosis of harder to identify cancers.

Thank you. I believe Samitivej hospital is using advanced Tesla 3 MP MRI technology with contrast as I performed MRI there in 2019. I took their image CD back to America for second opinion. Austin Cancer Center specialist was very impressed by the image quality sharing the equipment used at Samitivej was more advanced than what they have. I also got a 3rd opinion with similar feedback. Samtivej however is not utilizing endorectal coil which enhances the image even more that will in turn will enhance the diagnosis.
