They also moaned to the press about people putting flowerpots in the street blocking access. Complaints to the local authority have been ignored. Picture: Daily News Neung said that he had told a neighbor to move things but been met with an excuse that "it's in front of my house, I can do that". A local resident representative said they would have a word.
