rober507 Posted June 22, 2007 Posted June 22, 2007 I was thinking of joining Tonys Gym and was wondering if anyone has used the gym or bought the lifetime membership. Is the gym OK and is the membership worth it? Do you have any good or bad stories about the gym?

My wife an i bought a one year membership to Tony's Tennis and fitness club ( 3rd road and Pattaya Tai). We go 4-5 times a week - its well maintained with a large pool and has a good variety of fitness machines - this particular location does not seem to attract the muscleheads who constantly are looking in the mirror so i am quite comfortable as a more casual exerciser. we also enjoy playing badminton . Did not opt for the lifetime membership as i had already purchased a one year plan but will consider this when my membership expires

Does your membership only work for the location you are at or all the Tony's facilities in Pattaya? Second, do they have any table tennis available? Third, how much did the membership cost if you feel like sharing.

soihok Posted June 23, 2007 Posted June 23, 2007 Is Tony a real guy or is he about 10 look alikes on the TV? I,ve never met him. You know the James Bond Film"Diamonds Are Forever"? He is a kind of "Willard White" character.
bangkapiboy Posted June 23, 2007 Posted June 23, 2007 I see Tony around Tony's Tennis and Fitness center. I bought the lifetime. Very good value.
actiondell4 Posted June 23, 2007 Posted June 23, 2007 Well im off to Pattaya again soon, for nearly 2 months,so i am planning to get fit on my annual holiday.I have been past Tonys Gym numerous times however i forget the location. Im planning on staying in Day Night area ,so by memory,Tonys gym ,the one ,with tennis,is walking distance, how long would you estimate the time in walking from day night to Tonys gym,the one with the tennis court, and is that one 24 hr one or not? Also anyone know the cost per month ?
MisterFingers Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 I usually go to Tony's Gym when I vacation in Pattaya. Also, not mentioned yet, it has a swimming pool, which is great if you're hotel is lacking. You can pay by the day, or a ticket for 10 visits, or by the month or longer, all great deals.
