A 5-4 decision for a suspension opens a very big possibility of his reinstatement in the coming weeks, but allows the court to maintain a sense of dignified disinterestedness in the political games. Having said that, the ruling clique is aware that Prayuth is shockingly unpopular and would prefer a better chance against the Peu Thai party, so they won't be that bothered.
