Etaoin Shrdlu
Low-dose aspirin (usually 81 mg) is available OTC. Regular-dose (325 mg or greater) is not, at least as far as I can determine. I am not sure whether the Thai government restricts aspirin to lower doses due to concerns over bleeding or Reyes Syndrome or something else. Sheryl
It is available but not all pharmacies carry it. Are your trying to get low dose (to prevent blood clotting) or regular dose?
lopburi3
https://bangkokdrugstore.com/product/aspirin-325-mg-10s/ https://bangkokdrugstore.com/product/b-aspirin-81-10s/ https://bangkokdrugstore.com/product/aspilets-aspirin-81-mg-10s/ Many drug stores will just say "no have" as they consider it a dangerous drug and they do not want to try and explain in English not to use for children. The issue is many drug stores will not sell to a foreigner and treat you as a child murder if you even ask for it. Never make the mistake of asking for "baby aspirin"!

Never make the mistake of asking for "baby aspirin"! Up until 10 years ago, you could buy a 10 pack of 500mg Bayer aspirin at any pharmacy. They suddenly disappeared and word was that Bayer no longer shipped to Thailand. For two or three years, It was difficult to buy aspirin.

Actually many drug stores ni longer sell Aspent and (wrongly) tell people it has to be gotten from a hospital. In any case it is nto clear if OP wants low dose aspirin (of which Aspent is one brand) or regular dose (325 mg) of which the brand names are different. Both low and regular dose can be sold over the counter but because the requirement for record keeping is being enforced some pharcmacies don't want to bother. https://bangkokdrugstore.com/?s=aspirin sells both low dose and regular dose

richard_smith237
I used to get Aspilets... readily available before Covid. I’m not sure if they are available now, but it may be worth asking for those if you are after Baby Aspirin and using a name pharmacists or staff may be familiar with.
