The Bank of Thailand came out to warn TMB Thanachat bank Plc (TTB) to get its act together ahead of launching new products after its mobile banking application crashed from September 1-3, leaving many of the bank’s clients complaining about the service quality.

A new traffic law that requires all passengers in vehicles, including backseat passengers, to wear seat belts throughout the journey is put into effect today, September 5th. This also includes the requirement of a kids car seat for children under six years old.

Non-governmental organisations, under the umbrella of the NGO Coordinating Committee and the People’s Network, have issued an open letter to all political parties, urging them to vote for a proposed amendment to Section 272 of the Constitution, which would strip senators of the right to elect the next prime minister.
