Thailand introduces new rates for Social Security Fund contributions (belaws.com)

Why do you ask after 17 years?

We have always paid the company contribution PLUS the employee's contribution, so they have nothing deducted from their salaries. Just wondered if other companies did the same?

What did you do with the savings from the reduced rate during COVID?

We’ve btw had a couple of employees who didn’t want to pay social security fund contribution.

Well, that saved our monthly outgoings of course. We were still operating at a loss but kept all staff employed
