Now that's pointing! Thief gets the full treatment after arrest for breaking into rooms

77kaoded announced the arrest of a 41 year old thief with a lot of experience breaking into rooms.

 

They had a video and still shots of eleven people pointing lest there be any doubt who the thief was.

CCTV showed damning evidence.

 

Police in Samut Prakan arrested Naphat Phimphama in Bang Muang sub-district for multiple thefts in the province and nearby provinces.

Police had found the accumulating loot in a room in the projects. 

 

Members of the public who believe they have suffered at Naphat's hands were urged to come forward. 

 

The suspect had previous for driving while on drugs two years ago.

After release from prison he got a job as a janitor. He couldn't remember exactly when he started but pointed out that he held down a job as well as being a thief.

 

He admitted to being an online gambler and meth addict. 

 

He learnt how to break into rooms while in jail. 

 

A huge amount of stolen gear and money was put on display as Naphat joined in the "point-a-thon" with many of his victims.

I'm pretty sure that's the point there.

 

Pointing isn't the same in Thai culture as western culture. The Gf doesn't like me point at cloud three miles away. Point with the whole hand, not the finger.
