There was a time when people with medical issues visited a doctor or at least a pharmacy. Is that not in fashion anymore? Is it now a question for an online guess game?

Almost 4 days with no significant picking.  Combination of ointment and bandages with tape.

If it continues to not improve you need to consider possibility of a skin cancer.

(if it improves then never mind- skin cancer lesion will nto improve in its own)

Where in Thailand are you?

Well, not a pleasant prospect. But better to hear it sooner than later.  Thank you.

I'm currently in northern Isan.

Pop in any clinic, get a diagnostic for b200 or less, don't buy any pills from there, when you know what it is you can go online for a cure. I don't think shingles, i just had that, spreads more than this

You've got to be more proactive with this lesion! Go downstairs this evening and ask the local noodle lady what it is. She'll probably refer you to a nearby monk.
