Has anyone had one of these successfully removed in Bangkok or Pattaya? It is very minor surgery but it requires some delicate stitching all the same so that a scar worse than the original cyst doesn't develop.

If you really want it removed and are concerned with scar expect you would want to pay the extra cost of a plastic surgeon.  They do cost a lot more however.  Most any hospital will have such a surgeon available (although perhaps not always on duty).
