Carbs arent all bad.

It depends on one's age, and how close they are to Type 2 diabetes. Carbs are really bad news for pre-diabetics; however, restricting them will usually cause a retreat in blood sugar to normal levels for most people.

I'm not Trump, I don't have alternative facts, Feel free to put me on your ignore list if I upset you.

You said with no source that it's a fact that

53% of elderly patients worldwide die of acute kidney failure.

When globally, in 2017, 1·2 million  people died from CKD ( chronic kidney disease)

Dying of acute kidney failure is not the same as dying of CKD. Try learning the medical difference between the terms acute and chronic, OK?

Smoked almonds are the business.

When I go to Thailand my kind of girlfriend doesn't want perfume now - she wants a kilo of almonds. Interesting points you make - I eat a lot of nuts and carbs and it's my feeling that exercise, sometimes strenuous is necessary, offsets concerns. Chocolate will be my downfall - eat a lot but not the Hershey sweet <deleted> they sell in Thai 7 11.

I exercise a lot some days. Feel better on almonds. Magnesium is key.

Tuna cans are sealed. Never in fridge in any country. All salted. They last many months.

They are not salted, They come in mayo, spring water, or oil. The vacuum of the can keeps them fresh.

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=acute+kidney+failure+death+rate+in+elderly

I have had chronic lymphocytic leukemia for about 7 years. The specialist told me it is most probable I will die of something else. OTOH, if I had acute lymphocytic leukemia, my life span could be measured in months.

In your eagerness to jump all over me, you are not even interested in the facts of what the terms acute and chronic mean.

For questioning my veracity, and wilful ignorance, you go on my ignore list. Goodbye.

This isn't the health forum. Some wanted to say what is their 7-11 favorites. But to you that is a reason to go on about diabetes and carbohydrates.  This is a list of cause of death 65+ atleast in USA.

The Leading Causes of Death in 65+ Year

The leading causes of death among adults over the age of 65 are also among the most common causes of death among the population as a whole.

1 Heart Disease

2 Cancer

3 COVID-19

4 Cerebrovascular Disease (Stroke)
5 Alzheimer's Disease

6 Chronic Lower Respiratory Disease

7 Diabetes

8 Accidents

9 Nephritis
Kidney inflammation, or nephritis, can be sudden (acute) or long-lasting (chronic).

10 Pneumonia and Influenza

https://www.verywellhealth.com/top-causes-of-death-among-adults-over-65-2967470

So I don't see where that 53% number comes from. BTW I thought I was already on your ignore list.

Read the ingredients. Tinned stuff is usually salted.

Usually there's one on every corner and an additional one just across the street.
