The OP picture is miscaptioned.

It's a before and after of the Watchman. One in a fetching gold lame outfit and much later in his Newcastle United football team strip.

Any "before" picture of "The Watchman" when he was svelte and clad in gold lame - what a disturbing thought - must surely predate colour photography?

No problem if you have a 600 baht Android box you can watch everything for free!!!????????????????

I hope you can watch it uninterupted when the servers for the "cheap" Andriod boxes get overloaded and constantly "buffer",the more people watching the worse the buffering gets.

I had one of the cheap and free app Andriod boxes from Thailand, it got thrown in the bin as it was pretty much useless.

Andriod boxes are great but you need a subscription to a decent service with powerful servers. Expect to pay 2-3 thousand baht a year for a decent service.

I now bring my Z8 Pro with me from the UK, £175 quid all in, includes a year of every channel you can imagine, then £60 a year for the subscription.

Just why cant Thais get organised and plan things beforehand .

They've had four years to get TV rights organised and there still haven't got it sorted out .

Seems like Thailand have made a low offer to FIFA for the TV rights and they are hoping that FIFA will accept the take it or leave it offer

Boring sport anyway. Offer low get half the games. Half the boredom save money.

Yes,  Just the same as Porno sites. I just go for a bathroom 2 minute interlude

when that happens, it deals with the large problem in hand.

i would suggest if you cant find one, you will struggle to use one as well.

Its not about finding one its more about finding a good one that will not buffer.
Vpn is probably the way to go and watch via bbc/itv

Here is the newest link I have just found about all this :

It is not looking very good. But of course, I guess we will know for sure by this Sunday.

I have a question. I will most probably in Hua Hin by next Monday the latest. There are a few bars, pubs etc there with big screen TVs. Now, if somehow the Thai government manages to buy and get the rights and matches are on free Thai channels, of course I will have no problem watching them (at least those matches that end before the closing time) at such venues. But if all attempts fail and there is no Thai broadcaster, do you think maybe some of those venues would show the matches via some streaming thing? Or, would they not dare do it due to broadcast rights etc?

Let us just hope that the government manages to buy the rights. Preferably to all matches of course ???? I have about 30-40 percent hope as of now.

That is if you watch the main channel say F1 sky sports. But if you find all the channels you can watch it on then no problem. I have an American, South African, Australian channel to say but a few.????????????????

Typically Thailand. It's the Thai way. Blabber first...retract, reduce, cancel later. :coffee1:
