The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan has acknowledged that it invested $95 million U.S. (Cdn $126 million) into cryptocurrency exchange FTX that is now on the brink of insolvency.

Ouch! Going to be some <deleted> off retired teachers in Canada. Will anyone be brought to account for that risky investment? How about reviews on their remaining portfolio?

its probably less than 0.01% of their portfolio so it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, kind of like buying a lottery ticket in thailand, losing $2 isn't going to make you go broke...hopefully.

Brings to mind "Michigan treasurer falls for Nigerian scam" who invested county money with a Nigerian prince.
