However, for it to be true in reality, you would have to assume that firstly, 258 million people were actually going to take fentanyl and secondly that every single time it was taken, it would have been fatal to whoever takes it. Which is clearly not the case. Incidentally, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection's figures, they seized 64,000 pounds of fentanyl during former President Joe Biden’s administration.
