On the ground floor of Royal Garden Plaza ,the last shop on right side as you are exciting to 2nd road there is a fairly new factory outlet. All colored shirts and shorts as well as plain cargo shorts. All items seem to be made in Bangladesh and good quality and design. And cheap: 200, 300 baht.
