I know by Joe,s list it is an 'additional holiday' - is it a bank holiday?

I also see holidays have been approved for 28 Dec 2022 in 8 eastern provinces for King Taksin day. I can;t keep up.!!!

I consider the BOT list authoritative on this question. I have never seen it proven to be incorrect.
