It involved a 90 baht plate of steamed pork ribs with soybean paste on rice with veg. This was at a famous suki restaurant - unnamed of course in defamation crazy Thailand. The lady customer said what appeared in front of her did not resemble the picture on the menu at all. In comments she said that it was not about the money - she expected to pay 90 baht in such a place. It was the presentation as much as the mean portion - three bits of meat and some kale tossed in. "I felt embarrassed for the waitress". Netizens weighed in with many comments of their own. It’s common practice for food establishments to have photos that look much better than reality. It shouldn’t be. But that’s the way it is. Not just Thailand. For example a sandwich place.
