Sanook Thai Caption: A bull ran out.....

Sanook reported on an accident in the area of Wang Nam Khiaw in which a car driven by a Thai tourist hit a bull crossing the road.

There were no lights on the road, only illumination from houses and a resort.

The local police responded to the incident on Route 3052, the Pak Chong to Wang Nam Khiaw Road in Nakhon Ratchasima, NE Thailand.

It involved a Honda HR-V which rescue teams found parked with severe damage to the front. However, the unnamed driver declined a hospital visit.

The driver reported that it had been very dark on the secondary road as they headed to Pak Chong.

The driver imagined that the bull must have been hurt but it ran off into the bushes.

Since the accident park officials have been searching for the beast that probably weighs a ton.

There was no blood trail and tracks indicated that it had not suffered any broken legs and was moving normally.

They were not concerned about it as bulls have a self preservation instinct and this one has probably rejoined the herd.

The Honda on the other hand will need some considerable repairs.

All that damage to the car but the bull was apparently fine?............ that's a lot of bull, both literally and figuratively.

Just shows you how well the cars are made these days. Pretty much totalled and the bull walked away.

But left a deposit to describe this report.

Mostly plastic up front... not surprising the bull walked away.

It was very dark except for the headlights on the car and he can't see a giant animal in the road?  ????

Had one jump out of pack when passing on motorcycle… laid it down and slide to stop and he gently put his foot on the windscreen… .. just a tad of road rash on the knee..
