Citibank ATMs in Bangkok?
On your first question above, I asked that same exact question of a fellow forum member here some years ago who used to do a lot of counter withdrawals. As best as I can recall, I think he just told me to say "counter withdrawals" or "withdraw" and perhaps hold up and show your VISA or MC debit card when saying so. About the exchange rate involved, I can't remember as it's been years since I've done one. I think it's likely going to be either the card network rate minus any foreign use fees charged by your card issuer OR the Thai bank's buying TT rate. Just can't recall! -

Failed to find an explanation. Even on the Thai site I found only the two syllables. Telegraphic Transfer is unlikely as their business is about the opposite of "TT". -

Who lives on 20k a month ?
How many of those pre-made Thai food dishes would you need to eat to reach your protein needs. You go to the gym and are aging (IMO- need more protein). I need at least 125g of protein a day and that would be expensive if using those 60 baht dishes at the family mart that might have 20 grams of protein. For 50 baht at the local market I can buy enough meat to meet my protein needs. -
