I tried to explain the reasoning behind regulations.

Countries normally do what is in their interest. I.e., lots of countries make it very difficult for Thai people to visit them. They even make it difficult for young and healthy people. 

EU requires proof of health insurance when Thais apply for a Schengen visa.

    Seriously. If your age and past health are serious enough to be refuses travel insurance, I think you should seriously reconsider your travel options.

It is based on the wisdom of Chris Whitty who has advised the government there will be nothing achieved by preventing infected Chinese coming to the UK.....as the infection is so widespread already......????????.......what happened about about trying to prevent mutations I wonder?????

    Still not law but I just posted this in the news thread even if I'm not convinced it'll happen.
