Nonj O transfer to new passport

Featured Replies

I will need a new passport shortly. My Last visa extension for Non O based on marriage will expire when my passport expires. Can I transfer the old visa to the new passport and extend again? I was told I will need a new visa. But the agent wasn't sure.

Your extension can be trasferred to a new passport.

They will transfer it an it will end on the same day as shown on the the existing stamp.

How long is shortly.

You should have already obtained passport renewal and transfer your current extension stamp and information regarding your non O.

Then you just apply for new extension as per normal.

I believe passport renewals are currently taking quite some time.

Why does your pp expire along with your permission of stay?

In that case apply for passport renewal asap.

Good you have enough time.

A month prior to expiry attend immigration for your extension.

Go to desk for stamp transfers first  and then desk for extension.
