Flax, Linseed, ลินิน....in Phuket?

ลินิน, Flax, Linseed, Linum usitatissimum.......OK....those are all the names by which it is known. Can this be purchased in Phuket?

I saw a bottle (one) of flaxseed on sale at the GNC counter at Tesco Lotus. It's a huge bottle, I think it was around 400 baht.

If they have Flax Oil at GNC, it's not refridgerated there right? But Flax Oil needs to be refridgerated ... weird ..

I never found actual flax seeds in Phuket and I did try to find them.

Best option I could ever think of was bringing or ordering Flax Oil capsules from overseas ..
