Visa run by air

Featured Replies

Hey Im trying to set up a visa run by air for my mother, I will be away so cant do it with her.  Im a little confused about something.  When she flies into Cambodia and has a flight out like 2 hours later to return to Thailand, is she going through Cambodian immigration or is it considered just transiting back to Thailand?  I ask because one of the flight packages available has a 1 hour window from landing to taking off again and if going through security AND immigration theres no way shed make the flight back.  So just wondering why they even offer that flight if its not possible.

She has to go through immigration and back through immigration.

One hour will not be enough.

Also returning she needs a boarding pass.

Airline will require onward flight. Which airline?

Also good luck getting a friendly welcome from Thai immigration at airport on return.

What is her recent history in Thailand.

Skyscanner does provide departure and arrival times, not time estimates for immigration etc.
She has to clear immigration, check back in, go through imm. again.
Time seems v. short.
