Phuket taxi drivers are revolting – protesting at Phuket provincial office

 

Today, the operators of registered taxis and public transport vehicles in Phuket took to the streets to protest against the operation of unregistered taxis and outside vehicles offering services on the resort island.

Here are the rules about vaping in Thailand

The Thai Government introduced a ban on electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or ‘vaping’), shisha smoking, and electronic shishas in 2014, for “health reasons and to discourage young people from starting to smoke”. The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is reminding visitors to the country about this ban, which is part of the Tobacco Control Law, and the law prohibiting smoking in public areas.

Prayut Urged To Clarify Private Use Of F-16 Fighter Jets

PRIME MINISTER PRAYUT Chan-o-cha was today (Feb.2) told to clarify a private use of a couple of F-16 fighter jets, allegedly involving former air force chief Napadej Dhupatemiya.

IN A RARE REACTION TO recurring lack of a quorum of the House of Representatives, Deputy House Speaker Supachai Bhosu today (Feb.2) bluntly told Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha to promptly dissolve it once and for all.

Thai media concerned over rapid passage of new media regulation law
