Fellas:

I was recentlyl. filmed underwater at a swimming pool to analyze my stroke. The apparatus was like this.

The video camera was mounted on a tripod like thing but an underwater lens was mounted at the bottom of this pole like thing. The image was viewed through the video camera which was held out of the water mounted on this thingy while the lens was held under the water and positioned by the photographer just moving the long stick it was all mounted on. I assume a wire was connected between the lens and camera.

Please help me in telling me the name of the long stick this all was attached to and any photo shops in Thailand that might carry this equipment including the underwater lens.

Thank you in advance.

Sounds like a periscope to me?

We used to make them as kids. Two mirrors and a cardboard tube.

Obviously you want something a bit more sophisticated, but the same principle.

Obviously more complicated.

A lens that is submerged that relays the image to a video camera all on one long pole.

Help.
