China says US balloons breached airspace at least 10 times

China's foreign ministry says the US has flown balloons into its airspace more than 10 times in the past year.

It comes after the US on 4 February shot down a suspected spy balloon over its airspace - which China said was one of its weather balloons gone astray.

Relations between the two countries have since deteriorated. In recent days, the US has also shot down a number of other unidentified objects.

I'd like to see some substantiation of the US floating balloons over China.  The prevailing winds make it pretty hard to get a balloon to travel from East to West.  I highly doubt that any country is going to allow balloons to be launched without approval.

I don’t believe them prove it,we have much safer less obtrusive ways to monitor what’s going on in the world why would we risk an international incident nope I don’t believe them

That is one of the problems with "our" international news.

If Russia or China spy on "us" then that is reported like a big deal.

If the USA and other western governments do the same, or worse, that is often somehow ignored.

Remember Edward Snowden revelations? And remember how he is hunted by the USA? And Julian Assange, who helped to expose the USA?

It's so much easier to pretend the USA and UK and others would never do such things...
