The authorities will have as much success with that as motor cycle helmets.  Wouldn't it just be easier to follow the smoke trail and arrest the arsonists?

Thinking about it, trying to get the BIB to leave their filtered/A/C/ offices would be more difficult than getting a Thai to fly to the moon.

Officials suggest wearing masks?.. that's an easy fix .. the public suggest spending money,  and   trying to fix the air quality instead of pocketing it..

I woke up at 4am and opened a balcony door. I closed it immediately. The air smelled so bad here in Central Pattaya. Don't let the clean air escape from your rooms...

Would this be the same public that burns their trash, doesn't recycle, and drives their ICE vehicles that pollute around ?

 

Buy a second ICE vehicle instead of a solar system for energy ?
