The 60-year-old victim sustained two fatal gunshot wounds: one in her forehead and the other on the bridge of the nose. Phan Thong Police rushed to a local noodle restaurant in the Phan Thong district of Chonburi following a report that an elderly woman had been murdered by her son-in-law around 5 AM on Sunday, February 19th. The 60-year-old victim, Mrs. Kanungnit Thamphichai, was found dead at the scene after having been shot at point blank by the suspect, 43-year-old Mr. Narawit Tumthong, the eyewitness, told local media.
