Is Online appointment via www.immigration.go.th/en/#serviceonline good & reliable?

Hi Expats, I have recently clicked the online appointment to make the appointment at Phuket Immigration office successfully instead of first-come, first served system - it is very time-consuming. I have no idea if the online appointment is really good and reliable or not.

 

By any chance, if you had your previous experience on it, then I will be intrigued to know what pro and con. Thanks.
