sirponce Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 Hi All, I am in the process of getting ready to apply for an extension of stay based on marriage ('marriage visa') for the first time. I understand I need to provide certified and translated copies of our Australian marriage certificate and my passport to the legalisation department of Thai foreign affairs. I also believe I need to have an apostille attached to our marriage certificate at a minimum. My question is - does my passport also require an apostille? Thanks in advance! sirponce
