wait a minute, something is missing! where are the senior police officers, full of stripes, that we usually see on the photos of arrests?

Not far from my abode, drugs are becoming a real issue around here, maybe they were part of the local problem.

I'm sure the wives will be spilling the beans an their devoted hubbies.

Spineless cowards!

Pragmatism wins, the wives would have been arrested anyway, they wont do more time because the husbands escaped, if it had been the other way around no doubt the ladies would have scarpered as well. They wont get far though, the police will now have names and photos.

In that picture I'm counting 11 officers plus one holding the camera, yet still not enough to surround the home and prevent escape...

I'm always amazed (no, not really!) at how often criminal suspects somehow manage to escape from Thai police raids, especially drug raids, even when seemingly surrounded....  There must be some magic involved!

The Police must really learn to have some at the rear of the house ,

instead of all bursting in the front door , letting them escape out

the back door.

So the two men organized the drugs and stashed them in the house. How are the women connected to the drug activity? Unless the two women immediately confessed to drug possession, trafficking, etc, to the police, what is the evidence against them that justifies arrest? Arresting the women seems more like hostage taking by the police to force the two men into surrending.
