I never said what anybody died of "according to me"! I was quoting extremely numerous other sources stating that the cause of death was whatever was stated on the deceased's death certificate! Their doctor/physician etc stated what they died of on their death certificate! Their declarations, not mine! I wonder how many declarations by those doctor/physician etc were involved? Are you saying they are ALL FALSE!? -

What the flip is this flying monster in my condo and how do I make it go bye bye?
Take a plastic bag, with 2 hands cover the creature till it flies into the bags. Close said bag and release the creature outside. I've done this many times with flying creatures in the house. -

So your girlfriend starts getting calls all of a sudden. 5 times a day. It's the Thai family. The druggy boyfriend lost his job again. The woman is drinking all day. They forgot to pick the kids up from school. The crack whore aunty has thrown them out. Time for the baby shield. The baby shield - To use their kids to filter money to them for more booze and glue. The land scam - To use the false purchasing of land somewhere far away as way for you to send money into a ghost account that they have full control over. I know a lot of people get the mechanics of those two mixed up. I made a table showing the data of a Baby Shield scam. How about you? How many families do you support?- 1

Anyone ever taken anti anxiety meds in Thailand?
Don't eat heavy carb meals after 6pm. Try to limit your alcohol drinking to weekends, if it's a factor. Hot full fat milk an hr before bed does wonders. I used to get panic attacks and started on fluoxitine 20mg back in 2018. You can get it here at the some local pharmacies. It's helped me. I've noticed a huge improvment in my sleep since I lowered my alcohol intake.
