Could I have done it in BKK no, it is not a small group and is too manic and crowded. In Pats, I found a bar with good food good staff and plenty of water and cold beer. A handful of us sprayed water ranging from little kids to old Canuck. Good time was had by all and mostly everyone we splashed or sprayed enjoyed cooling off a bit.
