Capt23
I worked in Thailand for about 9 months. I was totally legal on a non-B and work permit. However, it wasn't until I was there almost 6 months before I realised my school didn't add my son to my non-B as a dependent. When I asked them they said it's not illegal because he's under 18yo. Then when we left Thailand, he got the stamp at the bottom of the picture in his passport. Would it stop us returning to Thailand? Etaoin Shrdlu
It looks like it is referring to clause 2.4 of police order 327/2557 of June 30, 2014: http://www.thaiembassy.cz/uploads/download/EwgNBPpX8T2vY5jxRdR.pdf Is that the only stamp or notation immigration placed in his passport upon exiting?

That was all they did. Nothing else.
Maestro
That stamp will not prevent your son from returning to Thailand. It will have no effect for him at all.

Although it makes no difference to your son's non-problematic return, I wonder what the expiration date is, 2 JUN or 2 JUL 2022, and on what date he left Thailand. Incidentally, your school got it wrong; no overstay fine or other punishment can be enforced for children under 15 (or is it 16?), not under 18. Even if your son left after the expiration of the extension of stay, he has an unblemished criminal record.
Popular Post Tod Daniels
Just so everyone is clear that stamp was put in passport when that extension was issued. NOT when they stamped out of Thailand, It's the stamp that says why the extension was issued and under what police order 327/2557), clause 2.4 is the tourism extension, as you can see by the dates it's a 30 day extension While I'm sure they did stamp you child's passport when they left Thailand, that wasn't the stamp. 2
