Villagers say the cable has been stolen for three consecutive nights, causing an estimated 2 million baht ($62,800 USD) in damages, reported Daily News. Authorities have been alerted and are investigating the thefts. CCTV footage shows a male suspect around 30 years old, wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers. He has been stealing the copper cables between 2-4 a.m. causing the villagers to worry about their safety.
