Hi,

I would like to ask if anyone has such a thing as an english language version of a Power of Attorney form that is used for either transferring property at the land office, or even a similar one (for general use). Any assistance would be warmly welcomed and appreciated - and I'll even throw in a Heineken or two.

Cheers

As far as I know, an english version of a "Power of Attorney" would not be acceptable at the Lands Department as very few staff would be able to read or understand it, thus it will always be in Thai. So getting a Thai one translated wouldn't be too difficult, but would be unusable.
