Where do unemployed Thai people sign on to register themselves as unemployed?

I've had many places pointed out to me over the years, but I don't recall anyone ever pointing out the dole office.

without a social security system to support the unemployed how do they calculate the number of unemployed?

Maybe they count the employed ones, and deduct that number from the working age population?

Gf's sister, an extremely lazy, obese yaba taking 40 year old. Always quitting jobs and spending the entire day scrolling.

But amazes me how she can always go out and get a new one within 2 days of looking.

Sounds like full employment to me!

We tried to find a cleaning woman....no way to find someone who really works (and not only talks with other staff). Ended up with telling the normal staff to clean office once a week in exchange for a 500 Baht salary rise....

Fewer people are out of work in Thailand, with the jobless rate reaching a 3-year low

But how many of them work?  They wouldn't last a week in the West.
