Teenage twins arrested for sexually assaulting girls under 15 years old

The twins aged 19 years old were arrested yesterday, May 18, after luring and sexually assaulting several girls aged under 15 years old in Ratchaburi province in central Thailand. This disturbing incident follows a history of criminal offences by the twins. One of them was only released from prison last year.

 

The officers from Police Cyber Taskforce and Metropolitan Police Bureau arrested the first perpetrator, 19 year old Yutthana, also known as Parn, at a construction site in Ratchaburi. Yutthana denied the allegations and shifted the blame to his twin brother, 19 year old Wanthana, also known as Pai. Wanthana was later taken into custody in a house in Suphan Buri province.

 

According to the police report, the suspected twin was traced after four victims came forward to file a complaint against the twins. One victim, a 15 year old girl, revealed to the police that the incident occurred in February. She met one of the twins on Facebook He invited her to a shopping mall and lured her into an abandoned house to rape her.

Who in their right mind would go to meet one of these two... they certainly don't look like a good future prospect.

No, innocents, exploring their sexuality, think they are going for a bit of snogging and naughty touching. They know when to say 'no more' and expect the boys to respect boundaries. These men are probably very charming and persuasive decided that they would cross those boundaries.

Yeeeeah...No. Good luck saying NO (rejecting) Thai males. It's not something they take to kindly and reactions are many times brutal.

I agree but sheltered and innocent young girls don't know that. Note they targeted virgins under 15 Girls at that age are exploring their sexuality, they want to find out what attracts a male and what is sexy. They can be provocative but they don't want sex

I seem to remember  that is what my teenage girlfriend's parents said when I went to pick her up from home after college.  I think "long haired layabout" was  also mentioned.

Girls of that age don't tend to think about the future. They can be groomed by these older men telling them that they are 'mature' and the girls ego feels boosted by being seen with an older 'mature' man no matter what he looks like.
