You would be have to be completely bonkers to let your cat out on the balcony in the first place!

So  keep the balcony door closed? They seem adept at opening screens.

  • Thank you for providing a list of condos to avoid.

  • For the obvious cat haters here, or those who know next-to-nothing about cats, it’s un-neutered toms that give off a smell and only when they spray. They don’t smell or ‘stink’ otherwise.

Some places don't advertise what ? That they allow pets ? That they do not allow pets ? They make problems for small  and not noisy animals ? What about the bigger ones ? Confusing

Na Kluea

The Riviera Wongamat
Saranchol Condominium
The Cove

You can add The Palm to your list.

Viewed a nice 2br 2bth unit there (35k PM, Block A, Level 37) with a very nice Sea / Sanctuary of Truth view but at 63sqm it was too small for the 2 of us.

Can confirm Rivera Wongamat allows Cats & small Dogs, I would say it's mainly Dogs but I have seen a guy walking his cat (You need to keep them on a lead when in the public areas).

Yes.

I can't believe that this is such an alien concept to so many people.
