Escape the hustle of Pattaya ! at nearby Na Jomtien

It’s actually a bit awkward getting there, as you cannot enter via Jomtien Beach Road. You have to go out on to Sukhumvit and then do a U-turn. Just inland of where he is wandering is a little fishing village which you can reach from Jomtien Beach Road. Therein is Lung Sawai 2; a seafood restaurant.  Recommended.

NaJomtien is a little ambiguous isn't it? It can mean the area between Jomtien and Bang Saray  or it can mean the area north of the Police box in the center of Jomtien beach. I only know about the later, a quiet place full of seafood restaurants .

It's really getting kind of silly how many guys are hustling on YouTube, trying to support themselves in Pattaya with claims of special knowledge and all the secrets of living in Thailand.  Watch twenty different videos, get twenty different takes on everything from the cost and tricks of getting visas to getting girls, good and otherwise, cheap but deluxe hotels, condos, meals and baht buses.  More guys seem to be walking around soi Buakhao with cameras on sticks than there are Viagra vendors.  I actually listened as one explained that in his one month in Pattaya, he had learned all there was to know and his video was all anybody needed to watch..."Oh, and please donate to my Patreon so I can continue to share my wisdom"...

He does own this forum you know lol? Well I think he does

If you know where the Na Jomtien police station is, it’s west of there. But, you cannot reach it from there as there is a body of water with fishing vessels. You have to enter via the Sukhumvit road. Though west of the police station is the restaurant that I mentioned. It’s where the fishing boats are usually situated. You don’t need to go via Sukhumvit to gain access.

I like staying over in Jomtien.  It's a lot quieter yet if you want to go over the hill to Pattaya it is easy to do.

I have a lot of pals who live over there, wax lyrical about walking to immigration, cheap breakfasts and sea views. Although I have heard trips into Pattaya can be not so easy... with roadworks in a few places that never seem to end.
