So the Generalissimo had a field day; once a soldier always a soldier. Might have missed the big bangs though this time again. Wondering, where they got their outfits as the tailor must have been working on a tight budget, as far as the cloth material is concerned. Well, how sporty of them to save unnecessary waste around the waist ????

Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwan visited the firework explosion site in Narathiwat’s Sungai Kolok district on Monday.

About a week or more late.

What's a "week or more" when the election was 86 days ago?

Anyway, it's great to see Thailand's future PM doing the needful and looking truly statesmanlike while he's at it.

BTW, has anyone from the Pita Platoon or the Srettha Syndicate bothered to visit? Platitudes offered maybe? No?

As they are not in power, what do you expect them to do?

They've been meeting with business leaders from all sectors of Thai industry, attending rallies and other events and gladhanding with all sorts of entities so what's stopping them showing some concern here?

I honestly have no idea.

A suggestion for you though.

Why don't you send them a message/email/whatever to ask the MFP/PTP what they are doing to help.

It is not much use asking anybody on ANN/TVF, as I doubt any poster here has any useful knowledge of their policy, regarding what they are doing about helping out there.
