Recently had some Aussie friends come over and my mates wife wants me to send teasets Etc. for her to sell back in Aust.

Recently I sent a couple of coffee mugs over. Packed them very well but they got broken my friend say it was obvious that something heavy had been dropped on them. Over the past 15 years that I've been here I have on 7 occasions sent breakables by mail and of course they got broken. Each time I've sent them I did a better job of packing but not good enough.

Does anyone have the experience of success and can advise.

Regards Joe

I've sent fragile stuff through Fedex without problems.

The customs often open the packages but at least here they repack it properly and send it on.
