OK thanks. What to do now? Just wait or if all else fails PANIC.

You can always do it in person.

Inconvenient if not handy to immigration office.

Someone will be along with advice.

I'm waiting for approval but it's not coming (CW)

I just tried to check pending/status and cannot log in.

The log in page is not showing letter code to sign in

Do you mean received or approved..

Check "status" in the online login.

Last window it has either Pending or approved or rejected

Yes sorry, I should have been more specific.

The email I received said

We have received your information successfully, you can find your information below.

Attached to the email was a Tm47 pdf

I think it was just a confirmation email

It's my first time online ????

I sent one last week, 15 days early, and got receipt email. Next day a rejection email. I then noticed that I had put my own telephone number in the space for my GFs number. Changed it, sent it again. Accepted and issued within 3 hours.

It's not loading.
I tried on my phone and laptop. Can't reach this site.

Wanted to print my last TM47

Not loading for me either, even if I go dig out the link on the website. Oh well, I will be in the city next week anyway. It is only a ten minute stop.

Wait 24 hours. After a long weekend, government websites are often malfunctioning. Once staff get into the office, they usually get it fixed reasonably quickly.

Are they all running Windows NT?

If they are still running Windows NT it can be a big problem if the data gets corrupted. There are no checksum checks with Win NT.

If the data gets corrupted (0101 written rather than 0100) then the program has to be reloaded and started again.

Windows NT is very old technology I think.

So once pending is completed I will receive another email saying approved, if so what would be the approx. duration between pending and confirmation?

I never rely on approval email.

The link in this thread gives 2 options when you sign in.

"New application" and "check status"

I just checked mine.....still pending and my due date is in couple of days.

Been pending 7 working days already (CW)

Im resigned to fact of having to go to CW doing in person report.

Same thing happened last report.

I'm losing faith in the damn thing.

When online early days was very unreliable I used mail option..

I submitted mine Monday last week, Aug 7.  The deadline is tomorrow, Aug 17.  It is still "Pending".  The pop up about the 90-day procedures, etc. on the main immigration site says there will be a response within 3 working days.  Ha!

Now I have to decide whether to try canceling and resubmitting, or just wait, and plan on a trek out to CW next week before the 7 days grace period is up.  Sheesh!

Feel the pain.

I did one on 3rd (first day window open) no approval after a week.

Cancelled and submit new one on 11th.

Tomorrow is my due date. Status still pending.

I have given up.

Still deciding if will go to CW in grace period of just pay 2k when I attend immigration for next annual extension early November.

Useless #### system

This has happened to me on the last 2 occasions. Ended up having to go in person on final day.

Actually, while Windows NT was a poor choice for high reliability systems, it was the first Microsoft OS to have a decent filesystem. NTFS is not as good as, say, BTRFS or ZFS. However, at the time of its introduction, it was one of the best designed filesystems available The risk of data loss was orders of magnitude less than with the older FAT and FAT32 designs..
